EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES POLICY
The Elucidation Network Ltd trading as TEN Audio Visual is committed to a comprehensive policy of equal opportunities in employment in which individuals are selected and treated on the basis of their relevant merits and abilities without regard to race, religion or belief, colour, sex, age, national origin, disability or sexual orientation and are given equal opportunities within the company. The aim of this policy is to ensure that no job applicant or employee receives less favourable treatment on grounds not relevant to good employment practice.
HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY STATEMENT
It is The Elucidation Network Ltd intention to ensure that all work activities are carried out in accordance with this Policy and all relevant statutory provisions. This H&S Policy sets out The Elucidation Network Ltd organisation and procedures for managing health and safety throughout its operations.
The Elucidation Network Ltd has nominated Mr. Robin Williamson as having particular responsibility for Health, Safety and Welfare for The Elucidation Network Ltd.
The Elucidation Network Ltd will provide all practicable measures, including equipment, information, instruction, training and supervision for employees and contractors, to ensure that their work activities do not put at risk, themselves, their colleagues, occupants of premises, contractors, visitors or members of the public.
To provide Health and Safety Assistance, as required under current legislation, the services of an external H&S Consultant, will be utilised when necessary.
Where additional training of employees is identified all necessary resources will be provided. All sub-contract workers will be required to demonstrate proof of their training and competence prior to their appointment.
The Elucidation Network Ltd policy is that all employees will be consulted on aspects of their work activities associated with video conferencing that impact upon health, safety and welfare.
This policy will be brought to the attention of all employees and contractors/designers employed by The Elucidation Network Ltd. The contents of the policy will be reviewed annually using the assistance of an external consultant where necessary.
